Description: This duplex was built in 1993, and updated in 2004, so it's in great shape, clean, and modern. Each unit is 1350 square feet, with additional space in the garage. It has two bedrooms upstairs, and each bedroom has a large walk-in closet. The kitchen has very nice, solid oak cabinetry, and the fridge, oven, dishwasher and garbage disposal are provided. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas, and is separated from the living area by a counter that's perfect for a few bar stools. There's ample storage in the unit: there are wrap around shelves in the kitchen, a pantry next to the dining area, a downstairs closet, an up stairs closet, and the two walk-in closets attached to each bedroom. Upstairs, you'll find another closet that holds the laundry center - and a washer and dryer are also provided. The master bedroom contains a large built-in window seat, and the second bedroom overlooks the back yard. There is one half bath downstairs. Upstairs, there's a "Jack-and-Jill" bath - that means that there's a room with a shower and tub in it, and it's sandwiched on each side by two half baths. So, altogether, the "Jack-and-Jill" set-up is equivalent to 1.5 baths, and with the extra half bath downstairs, we call the set up a 1.5.5 bath. It's an unusual and very convenient set-up for bathrooms. The garage is large enough for a truck or car, plus some storage, and it comes with an automatic opener. The back yard has a private deck on each side.

Utilities: Landlord pays water. Tenant pays phone/cable/internet, garbage, gas (for furnace) and electricity (for everything else). The unit is well-insulated, has double-pane windows, we just had the furnace serviced, and the thermostat has a timer, so heating is pretty efficient.

Pet Policy: Some small pets are OK, with both a Pet Fee and a Pet Deposit. By small pets, we mean cats, dogs 30 pounds or less, caged rodents or snakes, or fish in a 15 gallon tank or less. Pet deposits and fees are based on the number and types of pets. Limit two pets.

Parking: There is space for one vehicle in the garage, space for one car in front of the garage, and an adjacent shared parking lot with four spaces available.

Deposits and Fees: Refundable security deposit is equal to one month's rent and can be paid 50% on move-in with the remainder spread out over the term of the initial lease. Pet deposits and fees are based on the number and types of pets.
