Rent is due on the first day of each month. Rent received after the fourth day of any month will be subject to a single late fee of $50.
You may send your rent check or money order to the Landlord address given in your Rental / Lease Agreement.
We will process your application as soon as we receive your application fee, on a first come, first serve basis. The fee is $40.00, and the company we use for screening is a TenantScreen Online. If you sign a Rental/Lease Agreement with us for the unit, the $40.00 fee will be applied to your first rent payment. If you do not sign a Rental/Lease Agreement with us for the unit, your application fee will not be reimbursed. If you wish to add other or additional adults to your Rental/Lease Agreement in the future, they will also need to pay a $40.00 screening fee.
You may pay the fee with a money order. You may also pay the fee in cash if you do so in person so we can give you a receipt. We do not accept personal checks for the screening fee.
